Description
These new old stock unissued license plates (two in an envelope) were made at the Stillwater Minnesota State Prison. The Red lettering are dated 1977, the Black lettering have no date.
All are unused and not issued. Some show envelope wear (stuck to paper, slightly stuck together, etc) but what a find!
Choose from Black lettering with an Ivory background that are not dated, Dark Red lettering and/or Bright Red lettering. Images show what the top/bottom look like of the sealed envelopes of the sequence you will receive. Except for a couple, the envelopes have never been opened.
