Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering:
Everything is in
stock and ready to ship unless otherwise stated. To place an order, please use our secure shopping cart. Our cart is
set up to accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
All orders are processed the same day and all items are in stock (unless
otherwise noted/Custom).
All items on these pages are subject to availability.
The $20.00 minimum per order does not include tax
nor shipping. Canceled orders are subject to a 25% processing fee.
The descriptor on your credit card statement will read: "Attic Moose
Antiques LLC."
If you attempt a chargeback because you do not recognize the charge-you
will be fined a $25 service fee as well as re-billed for your order.

Shipping:
Shipping charge is only $5 to the Continental US. Your items will
be shipped within 1-4 business days via the United States Post Office,
SpeeDee or UPS Ground depending on the size of the order. Please allow
1-7 business days for your order to arrive after confirmation of
shipment. If you absolutely need to have 1-3 day delivery, you must
email us with your required arrival date, the exact items you will be
purchasing and the delivery zip code before placing your order so
we can add on the shipping charge to your order. Please check your order
for accuracy. When you click the Order Now button, your order is
automatically processed and can not be changed. Incorrect addresses or
undeliverable packages will be reshipped via another method at your
expense. Address corrections via UPS will be charged an additional
$13.00. Undeliverable packages via UPS will be charged the return
shipping fee. Orders outside the Continental lower 48 States may incur
extra shipping charges depending on the size of your order. For
International shipping, see below.

Our online shopping cart is setup to
only ship to the
United States or Canada. Canadian orders will incur additional
shipping charges based on the weight of your package, see chart below
and a $5 handling fee.
We do offer selected International shipping to other countries with prior approval and a minimum $50
product order.
International buyers are responsible for knowing the import rules of
their country. Actual shipping charges, Import duties, taxes and/or custom fees are not
included in your shopping cart total. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these
additional costs may be prior to purchasing.

politely email us within 4 days of receipt
and we will work with the carrier on your
behalf by filing an insurance claim. You will need to save the original
shipping box and all packing materials in order for an insurance claim to be
paid. No action can/will be taken if damage is reported after 4 days.
Wholesale Pricing:
Except for a few
items in case lots, we do not offer wholesale pricing.

Attic
Moose Antiques LLC stands behind our products. If you are unhappy with your
merchandise, politely contact us via email immediately to arrange for its
return. We will be happy to exchange it for another Item (you pay actual
shipping charges both ways) or we will credit you for the original purchase
price (minus actual shipping charges & 25% restocking fee). Returned items
must be received in original unused condition and postmarked within 4
days of receipt. We will not refund, for any reason, until the item is returned
to us at your cost-no exceptions. Sorry, no return/refund on custom made items
nor Sale/Clearance items.

Custom Made Rustic Signs

A custom made rustic sign is a real novelty item that sets the mood of the interior or exterior of a business right away. The rustic look is one that is set back in time when shopkeepers hung their shingles out to advertise their businesses, and a custom made sign is still every bit as impressive in the modern world. Since the downtown sections of most cities these days have given way to suburban shopping malls, the custom made rustic sign is not as prominent on the modern-day business landscape as it once was; however, there are still people around that like hanging onto the past for the enjoyment of all of us, instead of giving way to bright neon signs that light up the outside of a building or the modern-day white signs with changeable lettering that we see so much of today on the outside of modern business buildings. Many businesses today do not have the opportunity to even hang a sign up, but stay inside their cubicles in large highrise buildings, with little more than a number and a name plate on the outside of their door to alert consumers that they even exist.
Well, so much for modern-day progress. I'll get on with one business that was found online that still believes in the old-fashioned custom made rustic signs to set the mood and the atmosphere. One business that specializes in cabin decor custom made rustic signs is located online at Moose-r-us.com. At this online store, you can take a tour through the sign showroom and see what you like the best. When you do, you'll find several categories of custom made rustic signs to look at. Among the new arrivals in custom made rustic signs are the famous pub signs, which is one category of business still well-known for custom made rustic signs, welcome signs, cabin door signs, hunting and fishing lodge signs, wooden carved peg wall rack coat hooks, mantel picture signs, and many others.
